Founder & CEO

Justin is a recognized thought leader in bringing sustainability to the retail and restaurant industry and is keen on working with clients to integrate "sustainability" as way of thinking in the built environment to save on operating costs and engage with the customer and key stakeholder.

Justin has worked with nearly 50 regional and national retailers to integrate sustainability into their built environment and is well known for his commitments at the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) where he directed the technical development of LEED Retail New Construction and LEED Retail Commercial Interiors green building programs.

As the Founder and CEO of Ecoxera ("Eee-Koh-Zair-uhh"), Justin helps retailers and restaurant owners develop and project manage portfolio-wide sustainability programs that mitigate risk and reduce operating costs, while providing valuable sustainability leadership credentials for reporting.

With a focus on the entire retail service and supply chain, Justin and his team understand the challenges and confusion executives face when developing and/or implementing their sustainability programs. As a result, he and his team at Ecoxera along with market partners work to stream-line sustainability and help clients not only develop strategic plans, but also support clients by turning recognized successes into stories that stakeholders are looking for.

Justin is an editorial board member for DDI Magazine, a Board member of Treehouse Green Building Supply and the ECOnomics Group based in Sydney, Australia. Justin frequently speaks at leading retail industry conferences and is a contributing writer for several trade publications.
